We are a 33 unit apartment complex located on 5^th street in Peachland. Our accommodations are for independent living adults over 55, with low to moderate income.

You must be a non-smoker to qualify for accommodations.

The apartments and grounds are designated Non- Smoking.

Apply directly to the society which manages the building:

1. Complete the wait list application form
2. Submit application to the manager by mail, email, or drop off at office
3. Review the application with the manager when called
