	We have thirty one units, which vary in size from 480 square feet to 570 square feet. All the units consist of a combined eating-sitting area, a kitchen area, one bedroom, a bathroom and a small storage room. Some have tub and shower; others a walk-in shower with bench. Each is equipped with an electric range, a refrigerator and an air conditioning unit.

	Tenants can bring in a small pet that they have at the start of their tenancy, but are not allowed to replace that pet when it dies.
	Tenants must be at least 55 years of age.
